Inter-Campus Bus Service

Semester Express Information

Coinciding with the opening of the James J. Stukel Towers, a new route called Semester Express will be in service. In addition to serving the south campus residence halls, this route will provide an express link between the east and west sides of campus. Please see below for maps and schedules.

Inter-Campus Bus Information

• UIC Identification (i-card) must be presented to driver when boarding.
• Chemical Engineering Building will be serviced during Day Bus Route schedules.
• Day, Evening and Weekend bus schedules will service Robinson and Beckham Halls on the South Campus.
• During Intersession (12/13/08-01/11/09), the Inter-Campus Bus will operate on the weekend/holiday schedule.

Semester Express

• 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. 30-Minute Service
• No service during breaks and intersession

Intercampus - Day

• 7:00 A.M. - 8:00 A.M. 20-Minute Service
• 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. 15-Minute Service
• 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. 20-Minute Service

Intercampus - Evening

• 30-Minute service begins at 6:15 P.M.
• Departs 15 and 45 minutes after the hour from stop 1
• Last run leaves stop 1 at 11:45 P.M.

Intercampus - Weekend

• Hourly service begins at 7:00 A.M.
• Last run leaves stop 1 at 10:00 P.M.

Intercampus - Breaks and Intersession

• 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. 30-Minute Service
• 4:00 P.M. - 12:00 A.M 60-Minute Service
• Last run leaves stop 1 at 11:00 P.M.
