Commuter Service
The Commuter bus runs, free of charge, between the Metra rail hubs along Clinton Street and campus from 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Two buses will be operating along the route, which should result in an estimated frequency of 20-minute intervals.
Service will continue subject to funding. Should the service discontinue due to budget constraints, appropriate advance notice will be made.
Morning Route (To Campus) 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
- Between Washington Blvd. and Madison on Clinton at Ogilvie Station.
- Between Adams and Quincy on Clinton at Union Station.
- SCE on the northbound side of Halsted Street.
- Westbound on Harrison at Morgan Street.
- In front of the UIC Hospital westbound on Taylor.
Afternoon Route (To Train Stations) 4:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
- In front of the UIC Hospital westbound on Taylor.
- Eastbound on Harrison at Morgan Street.
- SCE on the southbound side of Halsted Street.
- Between Washington Blvd. and Madison on Clinton at Ogilvie Station.
- Between Adams and Quincy on Clinton at Union Station.

CTA service to commuter rail stations include the #157 Streeterville/Taylor, #60 Blue Island/26th, and #7 Harrison CTA buses, as well as the Pink and Blue L lines.
Monthly Metra pass holders can purchase a Link-Up Sticker/Card for unlimited connecting travel on CTA and Pace buses for $39/month.

Route 755 - Plainfield - IMD Express
Provides bi-directional, weekday rush hour service between the Plainfield Park-n-Ride and the Illinois Medical District, with intermediate stops along I-55 at the Pace Park-n-Ride in Bolingbrook, the Ashland CTA Orange Line Station and UIC.
