Chauffer Service
 Transportation Services provides chauffer service to university faculty, staff and students.
Requesting Chauffer Service
Prior to placing a transportation request via FMWeb, please call the
Dispatch office at (312) 996-2842. Availability is limited to the number of drivers and vehicles.
Orders placed through FMWeb without confirmation from the Dispatch office may not be honored.
When placing a Trasportation order via FMWeb, pleas have the following information available:
- Requestor
- Phone number
- Department
- Banner C-FOP account number
- Date of service
- Number of passengers
- Departure location/time
- Destination
- Return time
Please include the trip date in the description. Any special requirements should be spcified in the remarks.
