Service Desk
The Service Desk functions as the control center for the Facilities Management Department.
It is the contact center for all service requests and information concerning work order requisitions.
- For emergencies (flood, fire, utility interruption, etc.), Please call (312) 996-7511, 24 hours a day.
- Normal requests may be submitted through FMWeb.
- Inquires may be sent to ServDesk@uic.edu. Make sure you include your name and phone number.
