Building Maintenance

Building Maintenance maintains academic buildings, offices, and clinics and performs related services. A wide variety of skills and materials in metalworking, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, locksmith, painting, and elevator repairs are available for departmental facilities and projects.

• Maintenance staff are on duty Monday through Friday, 7:15 am - 3:30 pm (CT) and are assigned to regular scheduled work orders, or are dispatched as needed for emergencies.
